Agency Sales Manager – Cyprus

Agency Sales Manager works closely with the Reservations Manager and the Sales Director, to ensure our trade partners are given the support, care and service to pro-actively sell Biblio Travel.

Role KPI’s:

  • Support the needs of Biblio Travel Trade distribution partners
  • Consistent and timely reporting on targets & performance
  • Demonstrates company values


  • Provide general support for agents
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both agents and colleagues
  • Ensure all systems are set up correctly for partners i.e agent database, mailing database.
  • Deal with day -to-day agent problems whilst protecting Biblio interests and maintaining good agent relationships
  • Answers agencies comments and queries through Biblio booking system
  • Incentives scheme managed with accuracy & professionalism
  • Support the needs of field Sales teams and distribution partners
  • Consistent and timely reporting on targets & performance
  • Co-ordinate Trade Events and Agent Familiarisation trips, including Agent dinners and other initiatives, ensuring full attention to detail and customer focus
  • Co-ordinate Sales campaigns and Marketing with trade partners
  • Always respond to department queries within agreed timeframes
  • Support wider business key initiatives in delivering key projects
  • Works effectively as part of the team and demonstrates company values at all times
  • Support all Biblio activity and communications to trade partners, which will include calling trade partners
  • Organise and administer all prize-winner bookings and track all details required for internal processing


  • Previous experience in a Travel Industry
  • Willingness to learn all new technology software and applications.
  • Self-motivated with a highly disciplined work ethic requiring minimum supervision

Skills and knowledge:

  • Excellent knowledge of English language, preferably native speaker
  • Any other languages would be an advantage
  • Ability to build rapport and clearly communicate, both written and verbal at all levels
  • Self-Confident and able to translate a “can do” mentality to others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communicational skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge with technology including power point, excel & word skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to work under own initiative, at pace and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in shifts for 24/7 emergency line
